Early Bird Special: Asics invites you to race U.S. marathoner Ryan Hall with a 60-foot video installation set up in the Columbus Circle subway station ahead of the 2011 ING New York City Marathon.

While the concept — from ad agency Vitro — is pretty neat, no doubt virtual Ryan Hall has an unfair advantage over any potential competition considering he’s about a foot taller than his real-world counterpart.
